Terms of Use

Welcome. By using markjosephson.net, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English on purpose.

What this site is

This site shares my experience, writing, and information about my executive coaching practice. The content here is informational. It reflects my opinions and experience, and it isn't legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice. Decisions you make for your company are yours.

Coaching engagements

Nothing on this site creates a coaching relationship. Coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between me and each client, which covers scope, fees, and confidentiality.

Testimonials

Testimonials on this site are the genuine experiences of real clients, published with their permission. They describe individual results, which vary. They're not a promise of what coaching will do for you.

Using my content

The writing on this site and blog is mine. You're welcome to quote and share it with attribution and a link back. Please don't republish full posts commercially without asking first. Asking is easy: mark@markjosephson.net.

Third-party links

I link to other sites, studies, and resources. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I don't guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
