Who I work with

I work with founders, CEOs, leaders, and leadership teams at venture and PE-backed companies, typically Series A through growth stage. Most of my clients are CEOs navigating the pressure points of that stage: a first real board relationship, a leadership team that's outgrown how they used to manage, or the isolation that comes with being the one everyone looks to for the answer. The rest are the leaders beside them: presidents, COOs, CTOs, and other executives stepping into bigger roles.

Companies I've worked with span B2B SaaS, marketplaces, consumer, and fintech, backed by firms including a16z, YC, and Bain Capital Ventures. What they have in common isn't sector. It's a leader who wants a coach who has actually done the job, not just studied it.
