With more than 30 years experience as a CEO and leader at venture and private equity backed companies, I know what you’ve got on your plate and I have your back.
I have been a CEO three times and have led each company to a sale. I’ve built, led, raised capital for, built, and managed boards of directors, and sold companies across multiple stages of growth, from early-stage startups to large-scale organizations.
My approach to coaching is grounded in real-world experience, offering CEOs and senior leaders the strategies and insights they need to drive growth and success while maintaining balance.

I’m the husband of one great wife and father to three amazing young men and the best dog ever. I’ve lived in Rhode Island, Boston, NYC, NJ, and now in Sag Harbor, NY. I obsess over Bruce Springsteen and Boston sports.
